  • Kids changing schools again and again.
Never feeling like they have any foundations or truly belong …
 
This is not just homelessness.

But it doesn’t have to stay this way.

So instead of creating more temporary solutions, we’re building a way for families to actually own their homes over time.

You can help - create Real Homes

You can invest in our Micro Equity community shares to help provide homes for families in need. While paying affordable rent, residents can gradually build ownership of their homes with their spare cash, one share at a time - creating long-term security, restoring self-esteem, and offering the hope of owning their own home.

Key features include:

  • Home Shares: Residents can gradually build ownership by purchasing shares in their home, one at a time.
  • Reward Points: 10% of rent is set aside in a repair fund. If tenants take good care of their home, any unused balance is converted into Reward Points, contributing toward home ownership.
  • Gift Points: Friends and family can purchase Gift Points for the residents, accelerating their journey to home ownership.
