What is Micro Equity?

Micro Equity is a groundbreaking solution providing stable, long-term homes for homeless families. Residents have the opportunity to gradually purchase their home using spare income, buying shares one-by-one until they reach full ownership.

How it works:

  • Community Shares: We issue Community Shares to raise capital to purchase quality homes, which are rented to families in need. Investors can receive returns of up to 3% per year.
  • Support Network: We partner with local community groups to provide support networks helping families settle into their new homes and integrate into the community.
  • Home Shares: Residents can gradually build ownership by purchasing shares in their home, one at a time.
  • Reward Points: 10% of rent is set aside in a repair fund. If tenants take good care of their home, any unused balance is converted into Reward Points, contributing toward home ownership.
  • Gift Points: Friends and family can purchase Gift Points for the residents, accelerating their journey to home ownership.
